Under the brand SpunkyFood we produce delicious toppings that represent four different regions across Thailand. Fermented Fish topping is far from being a typical “fermented flavor”. It is rich in taste, but mild and a bit spicy. Nam Prik Ong carries a wonderful tomato flavor, and Crispy Mackerel Topping as well as Crispy Shrimp Topping are prepared with a touch of lime and chili. The four region toppings generally carry a milder taste than our em-o-cha brand, which carries a more typical Thai flavor and taste. The four region toppings are also available in a little gift box representing the culinary heritage of the Kingdom of Thailand.
