Through our brands, we can offer authentic Thai food and a growing portfolio of plant-based products. ACHARA offers authentic Thai food with Meal Kits – Rice Vermicelli, Drunken Noodles, Khao Soi, Pad See Ew, and Pad Thai. We also provide plant-based products & protein that make an incredibly positive impact on your health as well as the environment. If you are looking for a real Thai street food experience with savory and spicy flavor, the Em-o-Cha topping and Thai Boat Noodle series will be yours. Our brand Spunky Food provides a variety of series of crispy toppings covering four different regions of Thailand.
Our Products
We offer a growing range of ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook products with various options for vegetarians, non-vegetarians, as well as spicy, Sriracha, mild and non-spicy versions. We specialize in Crispy Toppings and across our brands we can provide numerous options that include ingredients such as lemongrass, tomato, chili, shallots, garlic, shrimp, mackerel, catfish, minnow fish, soybeans, and chicken. Besides our Crispy Chili Toppings, we also offer fantastic Thai Boat Noodle Meal Kits, Vegan Thai Noodle Meal Kits, Seasonings, Textured Soy Protein, and Snacks. We do not use animal fat in our production line, and we favor rice bran oil instead of palm oil. Our products have a shelf-life between 12 and 24 months.

In addition, they have a rich history, as they were originally sold by boat vendors who traveled along Bangkok’s canals.
