For a Japanese-inspired flavor boost, UMAMISOU offers premium Furikake-an all-purpose, umami-rich seasoning traditionally sprinkled over food. Furikake, which simply means “sprinkle” in Japanese, was originally created in the early 1900s to help boost calcium intake, using ingredients like sesame seeds and seaweed. Today, it’s a staple in Japanese households and increasingly popular worldwide for its versatility. UMAMISOU’s Furikake is made with rice bran oil and delivers a subtly sweet, savory umami flavor without heat. Available in a range of distinctive flavors-including Nori Komi, Yuzu, Wasabi, and Chili-it’s perfect for enhancing rice, vegetables, noodles, eggs, tofu, fish, and grilled or roasted dishes like eggplant and cauliflower. A simple sprinkle adds depth, nutrition, and authentic Japanese flavor to everyday meals.

Crispy chili toppings are an essential part of Thai cuisine and are becoming increasingly popular worldwide. Our ready-to-eat Crispy Toppings are available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian formulations, including many vegetarian versions made with tofu sheet and textured soy protein, with additional mushroom-based options coming soon. They feature chili, shallot, and garlic mixes in a wide range of flavors such as Lemongrass, Tom Yum, Yellow Curry with Salmon, Shrimp, Mackerel, Tomato, Green Curry, Sriracha, and many more, delivering an authentic Thai street food taste that is spicy and flavorful. Retail pack sizes are 20 g, 35 g, and 75 g, while the foodservice format is available in 0.5 kg. Packaging options include cups, foil bags, or zip-lock bags; standard packing is typically 24 pieces per carton for retail and 10 bags per carton for foodservice, although alternative configurations are possible. Products should be stored in a cool, dry place and have a shelf life of up to 18 months. All products are proudly manufactured in Thailand – the Kitchen of the World.
