SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT

Purpose
This Supplier Code of Conduct defines the minimum standards that suppliers, contractors, and business partners of Spunky Food Co., Ltd. are expected to meet.

Legal Compliance
Suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including food safety, labor, environmental, and trade laws.

Food Safety and Quality
Suppliers must maintain effective food safety and quality systems appropriate to their products or services. Compliance with agreed specifications, legal requirements, and certification standards is mandatory.

Human Rights and Labor Practices
Suppliers must respect human rights and provide fair working conditions. Forced labor, child labor, discrimination, and harassment are strictly prohibited.

Health, Safety, and Environment
Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy workplace and operate in an environmentally responsible manner, minimizing waste and pollution.

Business Integrity
Suppliers must conduct business ethically and honestly. Bribery, corruption, fraud, and conflicts of interest are not tolerated.

Monitoring and Compliance
Spunky Food reserves the right to assess supplier compliance with this Code. Failure to comply may result in corrective actions or termination of the business relationship.
