As part of our due diligence:

We work with suppliers who comply with applicable labor and employment laws.

We expect suppliers to prohibit forced labor, child labor, and human trafficking.

We may request corrective actions if concerns are identified.

Suppliers and business partners are expected to:

– Comply with all applicable labor, employment, and human rights laws.

– Provide safe, respectful, and lawful working conditions.

Failure to meet these expectations may result in corrective actions or termination of the business relationship.

Relevant employees are made aware of ethical sourcing principles and the importance of identifying and preventing human rights abuses.
