Code of Conduct


1. Purpose and Scope
This Code of Conduct defines the principles and standards that guide how we work as a Thai food manufacturing company. It applies to all employees, managers, directors, and business partners, including suppliers and contractors. Compliance with this Code is a condition of employment and business cooperation.


2. Our Values
We conduct our business with integrity, responsibility, and respect. We are committed to food safety, quality, legal compliance, ethical behavior, and continuous improvement as we grow.


3. Compliance with Laws and Standards
We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the countries where we operate, including food safety, labor, environmental, and trade regulations. We also comply with the requirements of relevant certifications and customer standards. Employees are expected to understand and follow the rules applicable to their roles.


4. Food Safety and Quality
Food safety and product quality are our highest priorities. We strictly follow approved procedures, hygiene rules, and quality systems at all times. Any risk to food safety, quality, or legality must be reported immediately. No business pressure justifies compromising food safety or quality.


5. Workplace Conduct and Human Rights
We treat all employees with dignity and respect. We provide a safe, healthy, and inclusive workplace and do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, abuse, or intimidation of any kind. Employment decisions are based on qualifications, performance, and business needs. Forced labor, child labor, and any form of exploitation are strictly prohibited.


6. Health, Safety, and Environment
We are committed to preventing accidents, injuries, and environmental harm. Employees must follow all health, safety, and environmental rules and immediately report unsafe conditions. We strive to reduce waste, use resources responsibly, and minimize our environmental impact.

 

7. Integrity and Ethical Business Practices
We act honestly and transparently in all business dealings. Bribery, corruption, fraud, and conflicts of interest are not tolerated. Gifts, hospitality, or benefits must never influence business decisions or violate laws or company rules. Company assets and information must be protected and used responsibly.


8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
Confidential business information, customer data, and personal data must be protected and used only for legitimate business purposes. Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of information is prohibited.


9. Suppliers and Business Partners
We expect our suppliers and business partners to share our commitment to legal compliance, food safety, ethical conduct, human rights, and environmental responsibility. We work with partners who operate responsibly and who are willing to improve continuously.


10. Reporting Concerns and Non-Retaliation
Employees are encouraged to speak up and report concerns, violations, or suspected misconduct in good faith. Reports will be handled confidentially where possible. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.


11. Responsibility and Enforcement
All employees are responsible for understanding and following this Code. Violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or business relationships.
